SPECIMEN
The specimen is described, never graded.
| What it is | One page. Your runs, walks, lifts and sleep from Apple Health, printed as a datasheet: a ledger of days, a log, the readings that matter, and their trends. |
|---|---|
| The rule | One zero day is rest. Two in a row is the only red. One run puts you back in band. There are no streaks to lose, so there is nothing to protect and nothing to quit over. |
| The AI | Off until you switch it on. When it is on, it reads the sheet and answers questions about it. It interprets a record; it does not give medical advice. |
| Where data goes | Nowhere, unless the AI is on. Then the rendered sheet and your question go to a server in AWS US East and on to the model provider. The record itself never leaves the phone. |
| iPhone | In testing. The public TestFlight link lands here when the first group opens. Requires iOS 17 and a source writing workouts to Apple Health. |
|---|---|
| The stamp | A screenshot of the sheet carries this page's address in the title block. That is the only link the app prints, so a shared sheet always says where it came from. |
